Współpraca międzynarodowa

The International Office is responsible for coordinating the WSB Schools’ international activities and, at the same time, handles international cooperation at TEB Akademia.
Internationalization of the Schools and extensive collaboration with institutions of higher learning worldwide stand for development opportunities and experience sharing.

The International Office is engaged in the following activities:

  • student, academic and administrative staff mobility under EU-funded projects (e.g. LLP Erasmus)
        and bilateral agreements, including study exchanges and work placements
  • organization of guest lectures and seminars at WSB Schools of Banking and at partner institutions
  • academic teacher training: internships, study visits and seminars given by experts
        from partner institutions
  • creating new partnerships and shaping collaborative frameworks
  • initiating internationalized projects and raising external funding for them
  • organization of summer schools and other short-term mobilities
  • international marketing activities, including participation in education fairs
  • student recruitment outside the EU
  • higher education programs in English
  • dual award programs, including MBA programs operated by international partnerships
  • international accreditations, membership and cooperation within international organizations
        of business schools

I and my colleagues believe that international links and experiences provide unique chances for WSB Schools’ and TEB Akademia’s students and personnel. Each international trip, each encounter with a foreign visitor can vitally contribute to upgrading our language skills, increasing our know-how, generating ideas, deriving inspirations and learning about other cultures. In the world of today, openness and exposure to global diversity and cultural wealth is an opportunity as well as a precondition for sustainable development. This is why I make every effort to make it possible for WSB students as well as for WSB and TEB Akademia staff to interact with international academic and business communities. Effective cooperation with more than 100 partner institutions of higher education worldwide and ample experience with international projects represent an immense potential that we continue to exploit and expand."
